Though there is no current evidence to support the notion of "catharsis" as necessarily therapeutic, it is the goal of our meetings to encourage
new ways of helping yourself in participating in an increasingly fulfilling life through the use of tools such as positive
imagery and the acknowledgement of your achievements in difficult situations.
